In a modern society, in parallel with the movements of environmental protection,
security, traffic safety, forest plantation, ... the humanitarian blood donation movement is
also an promoted and encouraged activity. Popular encouragement in mass organizations
and schools. Donating blood to save people shows the tradition of mutual affection of the
nation, expressing the high humanitarian spirit, human love, compassion and tolerance,
sharing the difficulties between people and life . It is the act of helping those who are in
need of blood drops to sustain life.

“A drop of blood gives away - a life to stay”, only through it can we see the great
role of this deeply humanistic act. Since then, it has to be acknowledged, contributing to
the development of this beautiful blood donation activity in the community. To better
understand this movement, let's go find out.

“Donating blood” is giving away blood droplets in the body voluntarily to help,
share for patients who need it. Blood can sustain life for people, ensuring that all life
activities can take place. Medicine is growing, scientists can produce many wonderful
drugs but have not produced any medicine/solution that can replace human
blood. Therefore, when an accident, illness or unexpected risks cause a lot of blood loss,
if blood is not given, it will affect people's lives.

The first and most significant goal of the blood donation event is to save
people.Donating blood contributes to bringing life, joy and happiness to everyone. Blood
donation shows the love, empathy, and sharing of people with people in life. Let go then
we will get back, who dares to say that in my life, there is no risk, so when we let go of
our blood, we will get the blood of another person . Donating blood to help people is also
helping themselves, helping their loved ones. Happy to see that you are healthy enough to
help the weaker. Happy to imagine that somewhere in this country, in this world, my
blood is in harmony, even some people have been saved by their lives. Only a small act
of ours offers valuable opportunities for others.

Today, in schools and localities, there are many organizations to donate voluntary
blood, including the participation of many students and young people - young people who
are burning and strong fire enthusiasm, passion. Typically the Red Cross movement at
522 Ong Ich Khiem street. And the direction to go there: Walk to the corner of Nguyen
Hoang street and Ong Ich Khiem Street. It's right around the corner, next to

Agribank. Every year, the movement passes and leaves an impressive number with more
than 3,000 units of blood received. This creates great motivation for people around and
creates trust in life, a bright future for those in need, critical.

I joined with my sister and friend once a year on April 7. On April 7 every year is
a humanitarian blood donation day, also the day the whole people join hands to donate
blood to help patients and honor individuals and groups with great merits in this national
program. In particular, after each blood donation we also know their health status through
blood screening of healthcare organizations. Each donation, we will donate 250-350 ml
of blood, the amount of blood will quickly be supplemented by the body within 3 months
and does not cause any harm to health, even blood donation is an opportunity to The
body replaces the old blood cells with new blood cells. Blood donation helps us eat well,
sleep better, chestnut skin becomes ruddy, our body is healthier because it is replaced by
a new amount of blood to help transport nutrients more conveniently. However, not
everyone can donate blood, we must meet certain health standards, to ensure safety for
both blood donors and recipients of blood. Before participating in the blood donation, we
need to have a thorough examination and consultation with medical staff to have a
successful and safe blood donation.

Our blood is an invaluable medicine, there is
no substitute drug yet, nor is there any place to make it,
without emergency blood and treatment, the patient
will die. Blood donation does not take much time and
effort but is essential for society. With the above

beautiful meanings and for the health of the
community, our own, every individual, every group,
especially enthusiastic managers responded to the
blood donation movement to save people, considered it a responsibility my sacred
duty. People who have enough conditions for health and blood donation can save many
lives, bring joy and happiness to their families, while also helping the health sector to
reduce difficulties in anemia. If anyone is not healthy enough, is not qualified to
participate in blood donation, please mobilize friends, relatives and society to participate
in blood donation, sharing, extending a loving hand to make the lives of many people
more beautiful . A small act, a big thought: a smile can change a hour - a hug can change
a day - a speech can change a week - a job can change a life .
