Tell me about the time when you had to give someone difficult
feedback.How did you handle it?

I seem not to give anyone difficult feedback. I have just found out the way to
solve problems together or sharing my experience with them.
Firstly, I always respect everyone’s ego and I respect discrepancy.
Secondly, I don’t want to make everything become more complicated. We
should not hurt anyone by our words. Words come out of our mouth cannot
be recouped.
If I need to give feedback to anyone, I always keep calm to think where the
problems are. After that, I will invite that person come to talk amicably. We will
discuss to find out the ways to solve problems together. On the other hand, if
the problems that I really know how to solve them best, I will share my
experience to them honestly.
