Vietnam:
? - How many levels of education are there in our school system?
- What are they?
- How long does it take to complete each level?
- In Vietnam which levels are compulsory education and how many
years?
- How many weeks are there in a school year?
- How many terms are there in a school year?
- When do Ss take part in GCSE examination?
+ Have Ss discuss and give the answers.

+ Feedback and write the suggested answers on the board:
- There are 3 levels of education in our school system.
- They are primary ( 5 years, start from the age of 6), lower secondary
school (4 years), upper secondary school (3 years).
- Compulsory education: 9 years ( primary & lower secondary)
- 35 weeks ( 9 months, from September to late May)
- There are two terms: term 1 ( from September to Dec.) term 2 (from
Jan. to late May)
- Early June.
