• Loãng xương ( dễ dàng quan sát ở mỏm vẹt và
mỏm khuỷu)

- Tăng sinh MHD tương ttự các khớp
- Viêm quanh khớp vai biểu hiện 50% BN
- Tổn thương đầu xa xương đòn
- Hoại tử vô khuẩn chỏm xương cánh tay

Bàn chân
• Liên quan chặt chẽ với mức độ tổn thương ở
cổ tay và bàn tay
• Thường gặp nhất là ngón V, IV, lệch trục về
phía xương mác
• Mặt sau chân tổn thương xương gót nơi gân
Achille bám vào: bào mòn xương gót và viêm
gân có thể xuất hiện sau đó
