1. Introduction to technique process :

3.Introduction
1) Feeding: cutting according to the customer's product size;
2) Screen printing: Screen printing should be made according to the needs of
printing. Fixing the screen printing screen with the pattern on the screen
printing machine, using the alkali-soluble acid-resistant ink to print the
desired pattern on the substrate;
3) Drying: put the printed substrate into the tunnel furnace, dry the ink on the
surface of the substrate, or dry it naturally;
4) High-pressure spray: put the dried substrate into the production line, the
part without ink protection will be washed away by special reagent to form
the concave and convex effect;
5) Cleaning: wash off the residual reagent on the surface of the substrate;

6) Stripping: all the ink on the surface of the substrate is washed away by a

4. Equipment development history:

5.Equipment features：
1). The production line adopts the swing spray integrated molding design, and
is equipped with high-pressure spray technology to completely solve the pool

pressure and flow automatic control system.

2. Equipment operation precautions:
1. All SUS316 materials are prohibited from hydrochloric acid when the

machine is washed with acid and alkali. If the sulfuric acid is used, the
concentration is less than 5%. The washing time is less than 1 hour. If the
stainless steel is corroded due to improper use of the liquid, Xinhengli will not
replace it.
2. It is forbidden to dissolve chemical directly in the main cylinder of the unit
with strong acid and strong alkali;
3. When using hydrochloric acid syrup, the fluorine content must be less than
10PPM, otherwise it will cause corrosion of titanium material, Xin Hengli will
not be replaced;
4. Regularly check the electric box cooling fan and clean the filter;
5. Regularly clean the residue of the medicine in the medicine box;
6. Always pay attention to the spray condition of the nozzle, such as the
nozzle blockage. Remove the blocked nozzle when the device is not working;
7. Regularly clean and replace the mesh in the filter, and disassemble it.
Rotate the nail protector of the green top cover of the filter bucket
counterclockwise and then remove the filter top cover counterclockwise (Note:

8. The drying section is generally waste heat, and cannot be connected with
the acid-alkaline exhaust pipe, otherwise the corrosion and rust will be
caused, and Xin Hengli will not be replaced;
9. The workshop environment is suitable. If the equipment problems caused
by the workshop environment, Xin Hengli is not responsible;
10. The equipment is strictly forbidden to work over a long time (above 55 °
C), the equipment with cooling water demand, the cooling water to be
provided, the temperature is 8~10 °C, the inlet pressure is 2.0~3.0 bar;
11. Equipment with compressed air demand, need to provide air source, air
pressure 5.0 ~ 7.0bar;
12. Equipment with anti-oxidation requirements, DI water or RO water for
water washing before air drying;
13. Before the machine is shut down for a long time, the soaked roller should
be taken out, and its moisture index should be checked before use again;
14. Add the butter once a month to the motor chain drive of the equipment
transmission part;
15. Non-trainers are strictly prohibited from operating the machine;
