- Assess the reality of the motivation to upgrade english.
- Provide solutions to motivate to upgrade english proficiency.

4. Scope of the Study
- Place: Foreign companies in Ho Chi Minh city
- Time: From 2019 to 2020.
- Subjects: Employees working non-native english speaking.
- Samples:

+ 10 employees in a company;
+ 02 companies in the a district.

5. Methods of Study


- An integrated descriptive-anlytical research.
- Conducted inductively.
- Questionnaire and surveys.
