I. AIMS/OBJECTIVES OF THE LESSON
1. Language focus
- To introduce “Linking” and “Double comparison” to Ss
- To help Ss practise pronouncing and doing exercises
2. Skills: To help Ss develop their practice skills
3. Attitudes: To encourage Ss work in pairs and groups

- Read Unit 13 – language focus at home
III. PROCEDURE
1. Class organization (1 minute)
2. Check – up (5 minutes) - Check the writing of some students
3. New lesson (35 minutes)

1. Pronunciation:
Pronunciation
- Listen and take notes
- Explain when linking takes place
- Practise reading the sentence with linking

2. Grammar: Double comparison

- Look at the examples, form double comparison
- Asks Ss to form double comparison
