1. Development/technical school 2000
1.1 Powder waste is collected at the developing place (laboratory extrusion) sort
clean and brought daily to the appropriate container of the collecting point II
After notification of the appropriate Entsorgers the full container is fetched.

1.2 1,2 Remainder waste out to all departments the resulting remainder waste one
brings from the cleaning personnel to the waste collecting point II and one transfers
with internal truck to the Entsorger
For the area development/technical school 2000 was created in the mill space
an intermediate collecting point for the following waste materials

1.3 waste paper
Waste paper one collects separately and one brings solely responsible to the
container of these intermediate collecting points. Contents of this container will
transfer according to its requirement directly the recycling company for recycling. The
feed takes place with that own truck.

1.4 aluminum sheet metals
Entsorgende test sheet metals are separately collected and transferred solely
responsible to the central collecting point II. These aluminum sheet metals will
transfer to internal truck of the recycling company with that for recycling.

1.5 spray doses
Remainder-emptied spray doses are stored temporarily in a container of the own
collecting point and transferred with own truck to the Entsorger.

1.6 packing from plastic and network materials
Light packing is collected and stored temporarily separately in a container as well as
brought according to requirements and solely responsible to the collector with the
collecting point I. The disposal takes place via collection of the local waste
organization.

2. Production
2.1 production entirely

2.1.1 aluminum sheet metals
Test sheet metals are separately collected and transferred solely responsible to the
central collecting point II. These aluminum sheet metals will transfer to internal truck
of the recycling company with that for recycling.
2.1.2 wood pallets
The resulting one-way pallets are collected and stored temporarily. The disposal
takes place via the logged passing on to our coworkers.
2.1.3 paper/plastic bundle, sample bags for test sheet metals
The one-way raw material bundles is remainder-emptied, collected in lattice boxes
and supplied to the waste collecting point II. Paper and plastic are pressed, tied and
stored temporarily separated, to bundles. In one-week rhythm the bundles with
internal truck are brought to the customer (demand-related). this material, which
results from the application as binder with easy burying, contaminates.
2.1.4 Saw waste

This material is collected, labeled and in the waste collecting point I for the collection
by the waste company stored temporarily.

2.1.5 Various residual substances
Out all areas the resulting remainder waste in the waste collecting point II one
collects and with internal truck to the waste company one transfers.

II. The BL takes over and documents the marked cradle note the quantities of
waste. After notification of the appropriate waste company the full container is
fetched.
Collecting points:
Beginning collecting station is apart from the originally weighted-in quantity
in the beginning.
Machines collecting station beside the suction cab.
Cab powder station is in the stock area of the training products.

Collector:
Within the machine area the types of dust, over grain etc. are collected

exclusively in yellow bags. The resounding waste and also the Kehricht are
collected in the yellow bucket.
The bucket of the resounding waste must be emptied regularly and latest to
laminating. Distortions of the material at the cooling tape is no waste, but the
material must be granulated after the cooling

afterwards in the waste collecting point II and stored temporarily in the
collecting container up to the collection, placed from the waste company to the
order.

2. 4.2 PVC containers
Raw material containers, which are no longer usable after repeated
application, are transferred to the waste company depending upon remainder
contents.

2.4.3 Cleaning solution water-mixable
Solvents (55510) are collected, labels and in the waste collecting point I up to
the collection stored temporarily.
Water-mixable dirty solvents (55502) are not regenerated in the distilling plant
(see KH).

2.5 production synthetic resin

2.5.1 Ester distillate from synthetic resin production
The quantities of ester distillate, resulting from the condensate container of the
exhaust air duct, as well as the not burnable proportions from the condensate
container to the burn is attached, in barrels are collected, accordingly labelled
and in the waste collecting point I up to its collection by the waste company

stored temporarily.

2.5.2 Lacquer mud from distillation
The full lacquer mud barrels is stored temporarily after intended indication in
the waste collecting point I up to the transfer to the waste company.

2.5.3 Solvents from that wire cleaning/laboratory
The solvents from the wire cleaning are collected in supplied barrels. The full
barrels are intended labelled and stored in the waste collecting point I up to
the transfer by the waste company.

2.5.4 Carrier oils from the heating used carrier oil in barrels intended one

collecting point I up to the collection by the waste company.

4. Building services

The Professionisten are responsible for the disposal of the waste caused by you
(cable remainders, fluorescent tubes, piping wastes etc.).
4.2 scrap irons
Scrap irons and steel sheets are stored in a container behind lock-making. The
disposal takes place via collection of the recycling company.
4.3 waste oils

Waste oil, as maintenance waste, in appropriate containers one collects and one
stores temporarily in the waste collecting point I.
4.4 garden waste
The garden waste directly with developing to the Entsorger will transfer. Cleaners
results
4.5 oil water mixture
This group of wastes from the remainders of the hydraulic. After appropriate labeling
and the temporary storage in the waste collecting point I it will transfer to the
Entsorger.
