Hello! Everyone. We are group number 7. Shall we start?
We’re going to talk about the overview of our campaign and then the detail plan for it.
Our campiagn’s name is Clean-up Day. We plan to pick up litter from our local roads and rivers. All the
members of our group will take part in this campaign. Also, we will try to recruit more volunteers. You
know, the more the better. The campiagn is schedules for Sunday mornings.
Now, let’s move on to the detail for it. We have come up with several tasks and assigned the tasks to group

members. Each member is in charge of one or two tasks. As you can see, Huong is responsible for making
the list of th items needed from home or borrow others elsewhere. Thao is in charge of recruiting volunteers.
Tung is responsible for designing a poster campaign and Minh will be the one to put up the posters around.
The purpose is to raise public awareness of the campaign. Hanh will take pictures of the event and post them
on Facebook. The goal is to let as many people know about this as possible. Finally, when we have collected
a certain amount of trash or litter, we will ask some adult volunteers to take it to the dumping ground. We
will try to ask our parents first to see if they can help.
This is the first time we have got involved in this kind of activity. Therefore, we can’t imagine how the plan
is going to work and what kind of difficulties we may have to face. However, we will try our best to make
our community a better place and inspire others to get involved.
