Instruction on usage of rating sheet
General

The rating sheet will be completed by the individual and reviewed and aligned to by the
immediate leader annually. The total score indicated on the summary sheet will be used to
compare to the peer group of the individual.

The individual's immediate leader is to use his/her best judgement and observation to decide
if the score for ech criteria in the rating sheet given by the employee is correct.

The SOC will be decided by the Plant Manager and the
Area owners (Granule, Bar, Liquid
and Distribution) based on the business rerult of the area in the Fiscal Year.

The IndCon sheet is to evaluate the individual contribution in buiding business, buiding
organization capability, contribution in improvement projects, and critical behaviors in
conducting business in compliance with Company Principles

The PSO will be discussed and aligned to by the Plant manager and the Pilla
r owner based
on the feedback of customers. Survey will be sent out prior to rating session to collect
feedback.

All input from SOC, IndCon and PSO will be automatically linked to the Summary.

Process:

Leaders distribute Rating sheet to individuals (either by hard cope or electronicly)

Individuals complete rating sheet for themself and send back to leaders

Plant Manager reviews plant business result of the rating period and decides rating ratio

Plant Manager complete SOCs with department leaders' input
5
Process owner sends out the survey to customer on pillars performance
6
R&R process owner will align with Plant Manager on the final rating for each pillar and make it
available for use

Leaders to insert all available data to compute score fo
r each individual in his team. Leaders
review the self rated score and make final decision based on his judgement. Discrepancies
will be communicated to individuals by the leader.

R&R System Owner to prepare data and arrange a calibration meeting with all department
leaders and calibrate whole site rating.
9
Approved rating will be documented and entered into SAP database for immediate effect.
