INTRODUCTION
I have a question for you. If you are in love relationship, how do you maintain a good relationship with your partner ?
A healthy relationship is that both partners feel supported and connected but you still feel independent. A healthy
relationship will help you to feel healthier, happier, and more satisfied with our lives.
There are 3 useful tips to build a healthy relationship in all areas of your life.

1. APPRECIATING EACH OTHER
Relationships are built from many small things. Find the things your partner does for you and say “thank you”.
Saying thank you for the little things is important and makes a big difference, don’t take it for granted. Appreciate
them if your partner iron your clothes or cook your meal when you were too lazy or tired to do it. When your partner
speaks with you, paying full attention and making full eye contact, which helps you appreciate whatever it is that they
have to tell you.
2. SPENDING QUALITY TIME
Spending time together can help strengthen your relationship and avoid conflicts in the future .. It can be as simple as
enjoying a cup of coffee each morning, going biking or singing together . Trying something new can be an interesting
way to spend time together, even inventing a new dish or drink at home or spending a special occasion at a new
restaurant, which can be a fun experience.
3. COMMUNICATING EFFECTIVELY
Good communication is the most important factor in every relationship because it can increase trust and strengthen
your relationship. Discovering your significant partner’s needs will take you to level of happiness. To create a long
lasting relationship, you need to honestly express yourself and share your feelings or concerns with your partner.
Communication needs to be done often, openly and directly.
