1. Đối với chế tạo chế tạo biến tử trên cơ sở hệ vật liệu gốm PZT(51/49) –
0.4%wt MnO2 pha tạp ZnO:
Đã nghiên cứu chế tạo được hệ gốm PZT51/49 - 0,4 % kl MnO2 – 0,15 %
kl ZnO.
phẩm gạch men thông minh: diệt khuẩn, tự làm sạch...
Bằng cách sử dụng Ti 2 cấu tr c nan trong tổng hợp ật iệu gố áp điện

1. In manufacturing ultrasonic transducer based on ZnO doped PZT(51/49)
– 0.4%wt MnO2 ceramic
Investigated and manufactured PZT51/49 - 0,4%wtMnO2 – 0.15%wtZnO
ceramics. The results show that the manufactured ceramics have some
advantage such as: the ceramics were sintered at 10000C in comparision
with 11500C of PZT51/49 - 0,4%wtMnO2 ceramics without doping ZnO.
The ceramics showed good piezoelectric property with electromechanical
coupling factor kp = 0.59, Qm = 1671. This ceramic was used for
manufacture power ultrasonic transducer.
The toroidal transducers based on piezoelectric ceramic of PZT51/49 –
0.4wt%MnO2 – 0.15wt%ZnO have been fabricated successfully. The
transducers which were used for investigation and manufacture of power
ultrasonic device.
Manufactured successfully: power ultrasonic devices (single and
multi-frequency mode) which were used for materials fabrication, underwater
ultrasound equipment and ultrasonic cleaner.
2. Fabrication and application of nano TiO2
TiO2 Nanotubes have been fabricated successfully using high power
ultrasonic radiation and hydrothermal combination. The annealing
temperature for good photocatalysis property of the fabricated titania
nanotubes has been investigated.
The nano TiO2 solution has been synthesized from nano TiO2 nanotubes.
The synthesized TiO2 solution was used for coating tile to make smart tile:
antibectria, self-cleaning...
