Aims : - By the end of the lesson, the students know more about different places in the world - By the end of the lesson, the students are able to write about a certain place. II. Fill in a table (task a, p. 146) - Ask SS to read the paragraph about The Kingdom of Thailand and complete the table with correct information. - Tell SS to compare answers in pairs and then go over the answers with the class.. 3. whilewriting (20’). Activity 1: Outline of the paragraph ( task b, p.146) - Ask SS to skim the paragraph again and complete the brief outline of the description. - Tell SS to compare answers in small groups and then check with the whole class. The paragraph includes three main parts: Activity 2: Gap-filling - Put SS into pairs, and give each pair a handout of a gapped description of the information in table 1 - Tell SS to study the table and compete the Lop6.net.
