Ask ss to retell the telephone conversation between the
woman and secretary.

“The woman is talking to the secretary on the phone. She
wanted to talk to the principal but he is not there at that
time. Then she wanted to have an appointment to see him,
but he is busy. The secretary ask the woman to leave a
message and the woman agrre to her opinion.
