- Know the vocabularies: free time, program, surf the Internet, do karate, clean the
house.
- Asking and answering questions about someone does in his/her free time by using
sentence patterns: What do you do in your free time? I...
- Express their concern about their activities in free time.
II. Procedures:
A. Warm up:
- Get Ss to play game “Miming”
- Introduces the new lesson.
B. New lesson:
Activity 1: Look, listen and repeat.
Step1:
Discover the picture:
- How many people are there in the picture?
- Who are they?
- Where are they?
- What are they doing?
Step 2:
Listen and repeat
- T plays the recording and Ss listen and repeat once or twice.
- Have Ss repeat in chorus or in pairs if necessary.
Step 3:
Share ideas
- Focus on the structure, lead in the new lesson.
- Plays the tape and asks students repeat
- T ask Ss to work in pairs
- Teach new words
