<b>ĐỀ KIỂM TRA HỌC KỲ II MÔN: TIẾNG ANH 8</b>
<b>Năm học: 2011-2012</b>

<b> Thời gian: 45 phút (không kể phát đề)</b>
<b>I. MỤC TIÊU ĐỀ KIỂM TRA:</b>

- Thu thập thông tin. Đánh giá mức độ đạt chuẩn kiến thức, kỹ năng trong chương trình
học kì II, mơn Tiếng Anh 8 theo nội dung chương trình đã học: Hệ thống lại những kiến thức
cơ bản học sinh đã được học như các cấu trúc câu các mệnh đề, các thời, các thì. Áp dụng
thưc tế vào các bài tập với mục đích đánh năng lực, nhận biết, thông hiểu, vận dụng của học
sinh thông qua hình thức tư luận và trắc nghiệm

- Từ tiết thứ 55 đến tiết 99 theo PPCT đến tuần 35

<b>II. HÌNH THỨC RA ĐỀ KIỂM TRA:</b>

- Hình thức: tự luận 75%, trắc nghiệm 25%

- Cách thức tổ chức kiểm tra: học sinh làm bài trong thời gian 45 phút.

<b>III. THIẾT LẬP MA TRẬN: </b>

- Liệt kê các chuẩn kiến thức, kỹ năng của chương trình mơn tiếng anh 8 mà học sinh
đã được học trong chương trình ( Đến tuần 35)

- Chọn các nội dung cần đánh giá và thực hiện các bước thiết lập ma trận đề
- Xác định khung ma trận

go along Chay Beach. From the beach, visitors can hire a boat and go out to the bay. Dau Go
is one of the most beautiful caves at Ha long. It was the cave in which General Tran Hung
Dao hid wooden stakes to beat the Mongols on Bach Dang River in 1288.
