1. Introduction
1.1. The reason for choosing the topic.
As we can see, as society grows, the need to expand international relations
more powerfully and language learning is an essential element, therefore English
is introduced into schools as a main subject, be encouraged from pre-school,
primary school. It has become a compulsory subject at schools.
Teaching is an art, teaching in the classroom can only be an art when it is
conducted under the control of the teacher's talent. Teaching aids are a useful
means of teachers. The more modern the equipment is , the more required the
teacher must have a certain level, knowledge, and skills to use it effectively. With
the theme of the school year "Promote information technology in teaching
activities", many modern equipments for teaching have been equipped not only
for schools in urban areas but also appearing in schools in rural, remote and
isolated areas. However, to apply the teaching of teaching subjects, not all
teachers can do it. It requires teachers to have a certain level of computer science,

in addition need to explore and learn, to prepare lectures with Power Point..
As a young teacher, trained in basic information technology, I soon absorb
the importance of applying IT in teaching especially teaching English. But when
preparing a lesson, there are many problems. Through learning on books, friends,
colleagues; I have gained some experience in preparing different types of
exercises for middle school English instruction. The process of preparing the
exercises is often very time-consuming, especially teachers who are
inexperienced, do not have the conditions to learn, have to tinker on their own,
the more time and effort it takes to prepare.
Being aware of that, I think that I need to present my experiences to help
prepare an electronic lesson plan period more simple. At the same time, this is
also an opportunity for me to learn from the experiences of my friends and
colleagues across the province. In this study, I would like to clarify the way I did
through the topic " Some solutions to apply information technology with
Microsoft powerpoint software in teaching English to improve the quality of
English lessons for grade 8th students at Ban Cong Secondary school, Ba
Thuoc district, Thanh Hoa province "
I hope this innovation from my teaching experiences can add something to
enhancing teaching and learning English quality.
1.2. Research purpose
There are many the purpose such as:
First, Research and learn maximum features of the equipment that has been
provided to make teaching more effective and professional
Second, Formation and development of student self-learning methods.
Approach gradually changed from "teacher-centered" to "student-centered".
Third, Create awareness and excitement for students through beautiful images,
rich sound or the ranking points from the contest quick.

2

Fourth, Use tools and software to create interaction hold teachers and
students, students with students ....
Last but most important, Using this tool will help students at Ban Cong
Secondary school learning English better through the games in Power Point.
1.3 . Research obbjects
Some solutions to apply information
technology with Microsoft
powerpoint software in teaching English to improve the quality of English lessons
for grade 8th students at Ban Cong Secondary school, Ba Thuoc district, Thanh
Hoa province. 1.4. Research methods
During the study, I used the following methods:
Survey and investigation were applied to investigate the quality of students
when they approached Informative Techonology with Microsoft Powerpoint
Software in English lessons
Observation was applied to observe the activities of students during the time
they were included in English lessons
Practice was applied when the teachers used Informative Techonology with
Microsoft Powerpoint Software to organize activities for students in English
lessons
Analysis, statistics, synthesis, compararison and assessment were applied to
assess the progress of students when they approached the Informative
Techonology with Microsoft Powerpoint Software to learn English.
2.1. Rationale of the initiative experience
The integration of IT into teaching has been mentioned for a long time and very
specific in the Directives on education such as: N 0 29 Directive on the
"Application and development of IT in education and training would create a
fundamental shift in the process of renewing the contents, programs, methods of
teaching, learning and educational management”, or "Promoting the
application of ICT in education and training at all levels of education, school

discipline under the guidance of IT as a tool of effective supporting for
innovating teaching methods in the subjects”. To accomplish these goals more
effectively and improve the quality and quantity, the leaders of the school need
to invest some more projectors for each classroom, a audio - visual standard
classroom.
In addition, The objective of the scheme in 2020: Completely change the teaching
and learning applications English. Promoting ICT to teach English.
While these problems have not been enforced in time, the teachers’ selfstudy and
research for electronic lesson plans is essential, in order to serve the teaching in
general and the learning English in particular. Therefore, every teacher we all try
our best to learn, to explore, to create, not to hesitate or not to be shy to discuss
with other colleagues and IT can be applied quickly and efficiently into each unit
of study, that is the best thing to the most successful IT applications,
contributing to build friendly schools, active students.
2.2. Status of the problem before applying the initiative experience.

3

2.2.1. For the teacher:
Most teachers understand the importance and benefits of IT application in
writing instructor as well as the integration of teaching English games which
need more pictures, audio, and video clips illustrating the real life of the
language, especially for secondary school students. But until now there remain
many teachers who are fearful of using electronic lesson plans because they think
it will take time to prepare a period of teaching.
The implementation of an elaborate lecture by a vivid evidence on the slides
in the school is that teachers are often shy away and afraid to use. Besides, it was
more the idea that, students are now very lazy, addicted to internet and online
games, so as to achieve high quality in education, teachers must work very hard,

guiding them to finish the homework well lost a lot of time.
Several other teachers are concerned, if students many students play
anything more, they will not take notes, so they do not learn much. This is also
somewhat limited to design games to teach English in general and in particular
design on Powerpoint. Facilities are lacking as well as one of the problems
affecting the teaching of teachers in using the projectors.
On the other hand, we want to "click" the mouse to truly effective lessons,
the teachers had to be hard many times more than the traditional way of teaching.
In addition to basic knowledge about computers, using PowerPoint software
proficiently, teachers need to have real passion, because design work requires
creativity, acumen and aesthetic to hunt for data from multiple sources. Besides,
some teachers said that the design and change games in PowerPoint by higher
information technology is very difficult and I was a teacher of English, that is
hard to learn it. Composing electronic lesson plans has also concentrated in just a
few teachers who are interested in IT, not really required. So, teachers just do
some sample lessons and teaching performances, not to invest in teaching every
lesson. This situation is common in schools.
2.2.2. For the students:
Most of the children love the subject, are diligent and eager to learn,
voluntarily study and do homework in class and at home. Always enthusiastically
participate in post building. When they are taught a new form of learning, they
are both interested and passionate about the way they are offered. It is very
helpful in helping children remember the lesson.
Many students also said that, they did not have enough time to play at
recess. Besides, they also find English difficult to learn, economic difficulties,
social life like Ba Thuoc district, they almost did not get a chance to practice this
language in real life. Language learning is to attempt to obtain a high score, not
to learn to use it as a means of communication in the future.
However, the survey show that students, if we use the traditional teaching
methods with white chalk and blackboard, the performance brings only about

50%, while the efficiency of the method of multimedia (audio - visual) is more
than 80%. Especially the children enjoyed learning English has integrated into
the games, but the games are designed like those that students play computer

4

games at home, it's nice. The fact observations show that they are often not aware
that they are doing so well at schools. This is very good because the teacher has
done any work: learning to play, playing to learn. Teachers have thus contributed
to build friendly schoolroof for the children. If the teacher does not provide
interesting vivid lessons to be able to relate to reality and compare with
Vietnamese, then they will not know where to study, because there are not any
language centers with native speakers in Ba Thuoc to learn.
In order to have accurate data on student quality of English, before
conducting the test, I conducted a survey of 62 students of grade 8 th at Ban Cong
Secondary School, Ba Thuoc district, Thanh Hoa province. Let us observe the
statistic table of pre-study results as follows:

2.2.3. For the school :
The school's facilities: computers, projectors ... are fully equipped to create
very favorable conditions for teachers and students to use.
2.3. The solutions were used to solve the problem.
Each English unit is equivalent to a new language lesson. Each lesson is
taught for a different duration (maybe 1 or 2 periods), depending on the length
and difficulty of the lesson. Therefore, in each 45-minute lesson, teachers must
design a 45-minute lesson plan to suit the characteristics and level of students
In terms of themes, I would not say more about the effects of games in
English that I would prefer to offer solutions, experience and how to design a

5

number of popular games in the power point when teaching English at Ban Cong
Secondary school.
Since this is the field of technology on how to communicate differently and
receive information to students.
First, the design of the power point games, most of us use the technique
Trigger and visual basic programming objects which are available to MS
PowerPoint and supporting PC operating system with MS Office suite is enough.

Second, the new "interactive and depends on the object" is one of the
effects in PowerPoint, this is not a new problem, but it is new to this form of
teaching.
Lastly , the experience I shared what was sure that the teachers who are not
proficient and crestfallen in composing electronic lesson plans can find and use.
Partly to bring the excitement and attract all students enrolled in the learning
process to achieve higher results, including poor students.
 Solutions to design the popular games in teaching English effectively.
In this year school, I have successfully implemented a number of common
games while teaching English at Ban Cong Secondary school, specifically for
grades 8 which I use projectors and embedded games in Powerpoint.
My lessons gave them the excitement, passion in English, even if they are
good students as well as weak students. It was thanks to this that the quality of
my teaching comes up positive each year.
So, let me share solutions to design some common games that I have done
successfully and efficiently as follows:
2.3.1. Chatting (Used to WARM UP)
Getting started usually takes a very short time compared to the lesson, but
is extremely important. This is the first job the teacher does when entering the
classroom, opening a lesson.
However, the form in the lesson needs to always change to attract students,
depending on the purpose and specificity of the lesson, the teacher can choose
specific activities to suit (this part can be used as warm up for a linguistic lesson)
Example: English 8 Unit 11: Traveling around Vietnam (Getting started)
T: Do you like traveling ?
Ss: ……………………..
T: Which places do you want to visit in Vietnam ?
Ss: ……………………
Students can freely ask and answer about places they know or have been to.
When composing with electronic lesson plans, teachers can project the

landscapes or specific characteristics of some places to suggest students. This
will attract more students to the lesson.
2.3.2. Brainstorming: (Used to WARM UP) 2.3.2.1.
Outline of the game.
The "Brainstorming" trick means presenting a topic for the whole class to
comment on, the teacher’s tip can be written on Microsoft Powerpoint, it doesn't

6

take time because you have to prepare, in this tip you only need to write the
topic. and ask students to give their ideas, can compare and compare according to
the answers shown on the screen.
To design, I have used textbox in the Control Toolbox to be able to interact
with students during the slideshow. It means that,if only at a basic level, it can’t
interact back and forth in the slide show, the teacher can’t add to what students
say.
Specifically, while the PowerPoint presentation slides, any further action on
the keyboard or the mouse pointer will only make a certain object or slide
appears, therefore we can not write a text paragraph when playing normally.
However, how to use the TextBox in the Control Toolbox allows users to add text
even when the program is being shown.
It is interesting that this utility program are available in PowerPoint and
using it is very simple and easy.
For example: English 8 Unit 11: Traveling around Vietnam
Period 69: Lesson 4: Read
Brainstorming (Getting started)
Reuse bottles
Ways to reduce the

Recycle old bottles
Use paper to wrap food
2.3.2.2.Steps to create a game.
Step 1: Open the PPT file, go to View, Toolbars
Control Toolbox
Step 2: On 1 AutoShapes drawing circles and arrows. In the circle,
rightclick, select Add Text to write from the mainstream should elicit.
Next, in the Control Toolbox toolbar, select the box Text box (box with
letters abc), then the mouse will have a plus sign (+), drag the mouse to the
arrows on the screen and drag your mouse to draw a box. Text box with white
Step 3: Right click the Text Box now just created, click Properties and set the
following parameters
Step 4: Copy and paste that square on the left arrow.
With a simple way, in addition to designing games Brainstorming or
Networks, I can create other lectures as additional types of exercises simple
multiple choice and many other exercises to support additional abundant lessons.
frame box appear as hollow inside.
ExterKey Behavior: select
True
(Allows writing in the text ).
Multiline: select True
(To be able to write a lot of
lines, if a cell write two or
more lines).

7

In addition, during the lecture, students see that my presentation slides are
not only what I ''arrange '' and ask students to listen to, or follow, so by this
design, I called some students, who type faster on your computer, directly type
their answers.
This makes them feel much more indifferent than doing on the blackboard
and encourage them to learn foreign languages.
With this exercise, students will use the keyboard and type in any answer
box that you can do it. Then the teacher can feedback and correct them. 2.3.3.
Matching game (Used to WARM UP) 2.3.3.1. Outline of the game.
Matching" teachers we often use because it is fast and does not take time.
Students are excited, this trick is very easy to compose on the computer, and
teachers do not have to spend time using teaching equipment, using posters or
supplementary boards.
If you match words with pictures, you can scan pictures and have pictures,
and visual images of students can easily practice and the class becomes lively,
instead of the traditional way of teaching, just looking at pictures in books.
And in this way of composing on a large screen with clear pictures and we
can change the picture more vividly without being different from the topic,
students can easily focus and pay attention.
For this game, we need 2 parts: the front and back parts of the game and the
links.
When doing the effect, lines will appear connecting the front and back parts.
You can also give the answer as follows. 1 d
Example: English 8 Unit 2 : Making arrangement
Lesson 1: Getting started

1.

An address book

2.

A telephone
directory

8

3.

A public

4.

A mobile phone

2.3.3.2. Steps to create a game.
Step 1. Create the previous part (question) and after, draw the arrows.
Step 2. Create an effect.
Select the before and after sections for the effect to appear. (Add effect
entrance) Select each arrow, (Add effect  entrance) for the arrows to appear.
Alternatively you can also do Match the words or phrases to the pictures… You
give 6 or 8 pictures, for phrases… Numbered pictures, Motion path effect for
moving words or phrases. The next time can replace other pictures, replace the
content…. so that it is reasonable.
2.3.4. Jumbled word game (Used to WARM UP)
2.3.4.1.Outline of the game.
This game is quite simple, initially create a text box, in this text box you

type the letters of a word out of order.
Example:
- UTERRCIM = turmeric
- BFEE
= beef
2.3.4.2.Steps to create a game.
Effect the Add effect  entrance for this text box. Copy out multiple
revisions of the letters in accordance with the arrangement. Remember that the
answer must be given after all Jumbled words have appeared. 2.3.5. Hangman
(Used to WARM UP)
2.3.5.1.Outline of the game.
This is one of games that is used to warm up students like very much.
Games also help children get excited and ready psychology when receiving a new
lesson.
The game is made for the whole class. Each member will guess only a
letter, and guessed letters will disappear. If you guess correctly, it will appear on
crosswords, letters which are not guessed correctly will be lost and frustrated
face appears. Students are given a symbol definition of the gallows. After
guessing 7 times incorrectly, the gallows complete and students will lose.
Example:
Using game Hangman to warm up in:

9

English 8: Unit 4: Our Past
Lesson 2: Speak

b. Steps to create a game.

2.3.5.2. Steps to create a game.
Step 1: Using Line to draw frame of Hangman and 6 strokes, using
AutoShapes to paint their faces. The effect appeared to 6 strokes and faces. Step
2 : On Drawing  choosing Rectangle to draw 8 squares  copy 8 squares 
stick on the first 8 squares. Right click to insert the word
FOLKTALE.
Step 3 : Using a textbox to write A (eg A1 of 26 letters). Coloring
background and text. Next, selecting arbitrary disappearing effects. Using
Trigger techniques for letter A1. selecting appearing effects for A2 in word
FOLKTALE that is inserted after Triggering word A1. So, when clicking the
letter A1, A1 will disappear and A2 will appear in keywords. Do the same with
the remaining letters F, O, L, K, T, E.
However, it should be noted that there 2 letters L in the word FOLKTALE.
Using trigger for the letter L in the alphabet, we must insert 2 L with effect from
FOLKTALE to appear in.
Step 4: copying of the letter A in the alphabet. Change letter A into the
letter B. In the Trigger letters B, we exchange Link of A into B. Remove the
effects of the letter appeared A2 in this trigger. Making effects of facial
appearance I'm so sorry instead. When we click on the letter B, letter B disappear
and the face I'm so sorry appears. Do the same with the remaining letters of the
alphabet that are not in the keywords FOLKTALE.
Step 5: Creating a circle with the letter Win, do not effect, clicking the
letters FOLKTALE and choose appearing effect of Blinds for these words
appearing. Using Trigger for these words the link at the word Win. Insert effects
of appearing the smiling faces after this trigger. If students can call out the new
keywords when guessing 2, 3 letters, then we can still bring results for their
victory by clicking on the word Win which will appear all letters in keywords
and funny faces in applausing together. To do this, we Select object Right click
 Select Hyperlink  Choose Place in this document  Choose slide to link and
press OK.

2.3.6. Shark attack(Used to WARM UP)

10

2.3.6.1. Outline of the game.
This game consists of 2 steps, 2 pictures representing 2 teams. When the
teacher asks a question, the students answer or give a word, they guess and find
the word. If there is a wrong answer, or a wrong guess, the avatar will advance 1
step, until the picture goes through the last ladder, it disappears and the team gets
a negative point.
For example: English 8: Unit 10: Recycling– Lesson 3: Listen. I
did with the FERTILIZER as follows:
F E R T I L I Z E R

2.3.6.2. Steps to create a game.
Although the purpose of Hangman Bắt and Shark attack is the same, with the
đầu trò chơi

design of some animations, I gave students the relaxation and excitement to start a
newlesson. To design in Power point, I also used the Trigger to make:
Step 1: Using Rectangle to draw 10 squares numbered from 1-10. When
you click on any digit, the letters in the keyword above will appear similar to
Hangman.

11

Step 2: Designing stairs, inserting animated boy and fish. Select the effect
appeared to the boy.

Step 3: How to move the boy when students guess the wrong letters:
Click on the boy, in the Add Effects, we choose Motion Paths  Select
down. The first point is the first stair, ends at 2nd stair.
Copy and paste to the final stair. However, at the end of stair, we add Motion
Paths - Right and drag lines to fish as it is going to eat.
Add image effects of boy's disappearance in Grow and Turn. These
inserted after effects of down at the final rank. when going to the final stair, boys
will be ejected to fish and slowly disappear. Click OK to finish the design
process.
2.3.7. Pelmanism(Used to WARM UP)
2.3.7.1. Outline of the game.
The game often uses a pair of synonyms, antonyms ... when turning the
word, if the word is the same, the crossword disappears, if not, then turn it over
as at first.
To do this we just create 1 word pair, then
copy and edit.
2.3.7.2. Steps to create a game.
Step 1: Draw 8 rectangles. Use textbox to
write 8 numbers below the left corner. Use textbox
to write 8 words next. Step 2. Create an effect.
Effect of letters to appear «go».

Trong Timing section, select Trigger and select the item to link. link the
item to No.1.
Effect to disappear word «go» in Exit, in Timing, select Trigger and select
the item to link. In this article remains an item to link the cell 1.
The next numbers, we do the same as above.
Create effects for text bought like buy text.
To be faster, you can press Ctrl, click on the cell number 1 and the text box
has the word buy, copy, paste edit number 1 'into 2 ..., fix buy to bought ... want.

Arrange numbers, letters properly. When we have not shown the slideshow
we have the following picture.

12

The text layer is on top for easy editing. However, when it is shown, the
number box is above.

Similar to the games mentioned above, you also save this file as Pelmanism.
2.3.7.3. How simple?
Every time, we need to create this game, we open the file, copy and paste it
where we need it. Edit the words to make sense. So you have a very easy game
that will only take you about 10 minutes for the next time.
This is also one of the interesting games that students often find in The
Road to Olympia at the Slalom competition by VTV3 channel when trying to
design well.
2.3.8. What/ Where (Used to check the vocabulary)
After learning vocabulary, the teacher needs to conduct some quick
application exercises which are also a form of checking the student's word
comprehension and comprehension level.
Eg: "Rub out and remember; slap the board; what and where; Bingo;
jumbled words, wordsquare, crossword puzzle, matching, gap - filling, guess the
picture, Multiple choice ... ”.
For the purpose of composing on computers, it is very convenient for
teachers to go to class.
2.3.8.1.Outline of the game.
If the game Rub out and Remember or Slap the board is just a simple
design to appear and disappear from the order under the quick direction of
teachers. What and Where is different. We must make it appear word by word

after being disappeared without order, so I had to use the Trigger Effect options
to implement the new design.
2.3.8.2.Steps to create a game.
Step 1: Open the PPT, to AutoShapes  Stars and Banners to draw the
circle. Text box is used to write the words superimposed on the circle.
Step 2: Select effects appearing for all words.
Then choose the disappeared effect for words again.
Step 3: Select the first word in a circle 1  add any effects appear.
In the options bar  effects Effect select Trigger  At Start Timing Effect
on click of select links circle 1  OK.
Do the same for the rest of the circle. So, when clicking on any circles and
that word will appear.
I have adopted this solution for a lot of lectures in grade 8 such as for
example when teaching English 8 - Unit 4: Our Past – Listen and read, I
designed as the images following:

13

2.3.9. Rub out and remember (Used to check the vocabulary)
2.3.9.1.Outline of the game.
Rub out and remember Usually used to reinforce words after teaching words.
You can use word lessons to create games or design your own.

2.3.9.2.Steps to create a game.
If you use the word teaching part to create a game, after you have created
the effects for the word teaching, you continue to create the effect of
disappearing (Add effect  Exit) for the words, then appear (Add effect
entrance ) turn to the words to check.

14

You can take advantage of the next time just changing the word, the effect
can stay the same. If you design your own design, then let all words appear (each
word has a text box, meaning in another text box for easy effect), Student reads,
remembers, then allows the word to disappear and appear with a No regular
Entrance or Exit.
2.3.10 . Crosswword game (Used to check the vocabulary)
2.3.10.1.Outline of the game.
A crossword sequence should have 4 parts: the text and the box, the number
part, and the question or suggestion about that crossword.

When we create an effect, when we click on the number box, a hint will
appear. Students read and find answers. If correct, teacher continues to press
number 1 to give the answer, and at the same time, the suggestion will disappear.
2.3.10.2.Steps to create crossword. Step 1:
Create the basic parts.
Create cells: In Insert  table select the required
number of cells.
Example: Select 1 column, 7 rows (you can also
select many culumn, rows if you are proficient in
cutting crop cells) Also on the menu bar is also
possible check this box easily.
Create number: Make a text box and number it, fill it with color.
(You can select multiple shapes when entering Autoshapes in the bottom left
corner of the screen)
Create text: Insert a text box and type print. Press the space (space) to
match. For example, in the box above I give the space between letters as 4
spaces, the word is the same as the cell

15

Create hints:Type a suggestion in a text box,
depending on your design, it may or may not.
This hint could also be a picture ...
Step 2: Create the effect:
Create an effect for the hint to appear and
disappear:
Click on the text containing the hint sentence,
Add effect Entrance ( Xh)  choose any effect that appears you want.
Continue doing so with the effect of disappearing (exit) Add effect
Exit……
Create an effect for the text to appear:
Click on the text and do the same as
on Add effect Entrance (Xh) .
Now there are 3 effects, you need to
create triggers effect (only works when
clicking on certain object) for these 3
effects.
The right hand side simulates the
effect a downward arrow appears (pictured below) Clicking on the arrow will
appear next table, choose Timing…
Continue we have a new menu
appears, in the table This we choose trigger /
start effect on click of ...
(The trigger effect is an effect that only
works when we click on something.
In this case we need the effect to appear

When clicking on cell number 1.)
So we choose shape 3: 1 In which shape 3: 1 is the box number 1 marked
position of the text. When we click on the number 1 then
The hint effect will appear. So we have 2 effects left, you press the button Control
(Ctrl) click on these 2 effects, perform as above.
Timing  triggers start effect on click of … choose shape 3: 1 because

Usually this is an exercise, used for students to guess, and then check their
answers. Teacher gives this answer. When students guess a given answer, the
teacher clicks on that answer, a circle appears. After reading, or listening to…
students can check and choose another answer. To let the previous answer
disappear, click on the answer again.

If you choose again, the teacher clicks once more on the answer, the circle
will disappear. Choose another sentence.
If you don't choose again, the teacher clicking on the circle will show the

2.4. The effect of initiative experience for educational activities, with
myself, the colleagues and the school.
After a period of applying IT in teaching with Microsoft Powerpoint
software, I noticed that the quality is improved, give excitement of learning in
each student, they focused on the lesson more the lesson better. This helps them
absorb the knowledge of the teacher more effectively than before. The
acquisition of all students is greatly improved. At the beginning of the school
year, many students are afraid of English, they do not like school because it is
difficult to understand, to acquire, so far the quality of education has increased
quite evenly. The majority of the children is most interested in learning English,
they are excited about the lessons, they can remember the content and structure
easily. To evaluate the process of implementing my thesis in the last school year,
I took a survey for students and got the results according to the following
statistics table:
Table 3: Results after conducting the research.

From the statistical table, students completely changed their attitude to the
subject, the percentage of students who were interested in studying English
increased significantly, the number of students who did not like it decreased
completely.
In the last school year, after applying the application of information
technology in teaching, the quality of mass students was improved, moreover,
there were 3 students who won prizes in the competition for excellent students
in the cluster.
However, it should be said that, even if the effect that the electronic lesson
plans brings is very useful, but it does not mean that we can also teach every
lesson by electronic lesson plans. Because, if there is no white chalk blackboard,
sometimes students will not know where to do more their exercises, to give
more additional example. Therefore, teachers need to combine flexibility of the
method with the most efficient result, because there is no optimal unique method

at all.
Finally, I want to say that the experience of designing the most common
some games in teaching English that I share and I hope that they will help you
teach better in near future. This initiative not only applies to English teachers in
grade 8 but also applies to all teachers.
3. Conclusion and requests

3.1. Conclusion.
Above this, it is the teaching methods applied IT in lectures with practical
English teaching. I noticed that in the process of teaching, teachers should try to
apply the method in a flexible manner so as to be suitable to content and
students.
To response to the innovation of teaching methods in schools, as a teacher of
foreign languages, I look forward to contributing my small part along with
teachers and peers to build a new teaching method which is effective and better to
make students more interested in learning languages. They can learn actively to
communicate with confidence in his own ability.
Because of time and energy is limited, I made sure to have many mising
short problems. Along with their small experience. I hope colleagues have more
experience than making sincere comments help me continue to build more
effective lessons and apply my lessons for teaching more effectively.

3.2. Requests.

21

The education department should create training for all teachers to attend
training on IT application in teaching…. to contribute to the creation of human
resources with adequate investment in English subjects.

Schools need to be fully equipped with audio-visual equipment, teaching
electronic lesson plans, requiring projectors (projector), loudspeakers to serve
teaching.
Above are some solutions to improve the quality of English in Ban Cong
Secondary School, Ba Thuoc district , Thanh Hoa province that I have done and
the results have been achieved in improving the quality of students, inevitably the
shortcomings are inevitable. During the research process, there are still many
difficulties, so the initiative is certainly still limited. Therefore, I hope the
scientific council at all levels and the experienced colleagues to give me
suggestions so that my topic is more complete and from there.
I sincerely thank the organizers of the provincial experience initiative
contest, the colleagues, and the teachers who created conditions to help me
complete the initiative !
Ba Thuoc, May 20th, 2021
I assure that this is my experience
initiative I do not copy from other people's
content.
