Objective:
Place an ISDN BRI to ISDN BRI call from a branch office to a central site.
Scenario:
The datacenter in San Jose has been expanded to accommodate additional
regional sites for International Travel Agency (ITA). A larger router was
installed to allow more ISDN connections. The new networking devices
have been configured and regional site router configurations have been
modified. Regional site London and SanJose3 have not successfully
established a session since the upgrade. You have been asked to assist in

the troubleshooting.
Step 1
Cable the lab as shown in the diagram.
Load the Lab9-2-3-2-London-BrokenConfig.txt and Lab9-2-3-2-
SanJose3-BrokenConfig.txt configuration files.
Step 2
Start by turning on debug dialer and debug isdn events while
attempting to ping London from SanJose3.
Step 3
Based on the output of the previous commands, what are some possible
reasons an ISDN call cannot be established between London and
SanJose3?
