Currency Exchange Rate
is the price at a point of time, the
currency of one country can be converted to the currency of
another country.
Currency Exchange Rate is determined by the amount of
domestic currency units per unit of foreign currency.
When the exchange rate falls, it means the appreciation of the
domestic currency and the depreciation of the foreign currency.
On the contrary, if the exchange rate increases, the domestic
currency depreciate and the foreign currency appreciate.
