Structure and Administration of the Manual


Structure
The available management manual HQU 01 (manual for quality and environment)
contains the fundamental information of our management system. As our information
or communication instrument can this manual can be transferred on request to
interested parties (customer, coworker, authorities etc..).

The process landscape represented therein contains references to the further
documentation of the system, which however is available for internal use only. If
necessary these documents are available to external AUDI for the audit preparation.
This documentation includuding all documents and recordings mentioned therein, are
thus constituent of the total documentation of the TIGER factory.

Competencies

The quality-assign/environmental assigned is responsible for the creation, contents,
the definition of the distributor and the withdrawal of the HQU 01 (management
manual) of TIGER Coatings. The distribution of the management manual with New
edition and/or changes takes place by means of publication in the internal IT network.
