Kurzbeschreibung des Verfahrens
Die Probe (ca. 32 µl, das sind knapp 0,04 g) wird auf die vorgeheizte Messplatte
des Gerätes gebracht. Nach ihrem Aufschmelzen wird der Messkegel abgesenkt und 30
bis 60 sec. später der Messlauf gestartet. Die aus der angewandten Kraft resultierende
Deformation der Probe wird gemessen und in Pa s angegeben.

Begriff
Nach DIN ISO 2431 ist die dynamische Viskosität eines Stoffes das Verhältnis
von ausgeübter Schubspannung zu Geschwindigkeitsgefälle. Sie wird in Pa s
angegeben.

2. Anwendung

Diese Methode dient vornehmlich zur Bestimmung der Viskosität von
Pulverlackharzen.

3. Dokumentation

Die ermittelten Werte werden im Kochprotokoll der Kunstharzproduktion, in den
Qualitätsaufzeichnungen des Kunstharzlabors sowie ggf. in der
Werksbescheinigung aufgezeichnet.

Brief description of the procedure the sample (approx. 32 µl, that is scarcely 0.04 g) is
brought on the pre-heated surface plate of the device. After their melt opens the measuring
cone is lowered and started 30 to 60 seconds later the measuring run. The deformation of the
sample resulting from the applied strength is measured and indicated in Pa s. Measuring pa-
