1. Read resignation policy and decide your effective date
2. Schedule time to discuss your resignation plan with your Line Manager to get agreement for your effective date
3. Submit your resignation letter to your Line Manager.
4. Report HRD about your resignation to settle relevant company policies.
5. Pls carefully check the followings:
* Pay all your loans off (if any).
* Clear out all your pending accounts/pending expense reports
6. Verify your Social Security status/Pension status with Payroll Administrator.
7. Return your Health Insurance Card to your Line Manager(if any)
8. Return company properties and all relevant documents to your line Manager (if any)
9. Return your AMEX corporate card to your Line Manager on your last day (if any).
10. Return the following to your Line Manager (if any):
* PC equipment/Laptop and its accessories
* Key to desk, cabinet doors
* ID Card
* Cordless phone, paper, handphone, walkie talkie and any communication equipment
* Mannual, Fact books
11. Have an exit interview with MDO HR (if needed).
12. Sign-off the Information for the Departing Employee.
