comfortable]. However, I have to say that some services are not satisfactory, especially
transportation. There are a lot of traffic jams. [Oh they are so terrible]
- Is is important to receive complaints from customers?

development of the business. When we receive complaints from customers, we know
some problems that we are facing. You must overcome these problems if you want to
improve the quality of products and services.

examples. You can use things like websites, or mobile phones with applications to keep

[I can tell you that] there are a number of factors which can increase productivity. For
example, using up-to-date technology can help to boost productivity. And what’s more??
Good workers are very important and necessary because they can produce more goods.

productivity. Let me give you some examples, out-of-date technology will decrease the

Well, this is quite an interesting question. And I have to say/ that there are some ways

your products or services on the radio [it is not as expensive as on TV.] And there are

I suppose soft-selling is when the companies receive useful feedback from useful sales

- Some examples of good/bad manners at work?
There are some good manners (etiquettes) at work [that I can tell you]. Let me give you

some examples: Firstly, you are always punctual (on time) [-you are never late], and
secondly, you always say “hello/ please, or thank you” with everyone, and thirdly you
are willing to help your co-workers. [Well you know that’s good]
However, there are also some bad manners at work. Firstly, someone is always late for
work [he is never on time]. And secondly, he doesn’t say “hello/ please or thank you”
when someone helps him.or thirdly, you make [a lot of] noise in the office. [and you
know it’s terrible]
- How to improve etiquettes at work?
[Well I have never thought about that before, but I suppose]
On the one hand, if someone shows good manners at work, he will be awarded.

- Some types of insurance
Well, you know, there are some types of insurance that I can tell you. They are: life
insurance, and home insurance [what’s more??] Health insurance, and even automobile
insurance. [I really have to say that] [they are very important and necessary// They play

- What is insurance fraud? Some examples of fraudulentclaims?
[This is a difficult/ challenging question, but I suppose] It is when people are
dishonest// tell lies to take some money from an insurance company.
Let me give you some examples [for example]: when someone tells lie about how much
money is in his wallet when he loses it./// or another example that I can tell you is
[someone claims that the repair cost/ is more expensive/ than it is actually] [You know, I
really hate these/ they are so bad.]
