A recent investigation by scientists at the U.S Geological Survey show that
strange animal behavior might help predictable future earthquakes. Investigators
found such occurrences about ten kilometers from which a fairly recent earthquake
take place. Some birds made strange sounds and flew about wildly, dogs barked
and ran around uncontrollable.

Scientists believes that animals can sense these environmental changes as
early as several days before disaster.
In 1976 after observe animal behavior, the Chinese scientists were able to
predict a terrified earthquake. Although hundreds of people were killed, the

ENGLISH SPELLING
English was first written down in the 6th century. At that time, writers had to use the twenty- three
letters of the Latin alphabet (0) _____. Because English has sounds that do not exist in Latin, they added
