ANSWER

Nowadays, with the development of globalization and super-fast technology, many
people are keen on working to earn money without succumbing to unnecessary speed.
How many times do they slow down and think of their lifestyle? Have they ever stayed
at home with their family on the weekend? Do they remember their birthday? and so on .I
am sure that many people can not answer those questions actually.However, the
article”Slow down,you move too fast” will helps us to have good attitude towards our
lifestyle.
In my opinion, the article is a very useful and informatic one which provides us with
a new outlook about our life. It explains why people should grow out of our own desire
to live more balanced. The article reflects many parts of our lifestyle in a modern
society .Because, more and more people are now becoming workaholics , they maybe
rush themselves to an unhappy life and an early death. After reading this article, everyone
will be more aware of the way to keep our life balanced and know how to reacch
hapiness.The aim of the author is reminding people to slow down, put the emphasis on
quality,not quantity. “Slow movement” means that we pay attention to every aspect of
