Aims and objectives:
- To introduce students with some new words relating to the topic “ Equal
opportunities in education”.
- To help Ss read for specific information about gender equality in
Vietnam’s education.
- By the end of the lesson, Ss are able to:
+ Improve listening and speaking skills.
+ Skim and scan a text for main ideas and specific information.
+ Understand some more about the topic.
+ Use vocabulary related to the topic of the lesson through exercises.
- To educate students to know that they should get more knowledge about
gender equality.
1. Language: Vocabulary: enroll, eliminate, discrimination.
2. Skills: Integrated skills, mainly reading skills
3. Attitude: Students take active part in activities and tasks in class.
4. Techniques: Questions- answers, discussion, explanation, definition,
game.
