I. AIMS
1. By the end of the lesson, Students will be able to understand the passage about water
sports, guess the meaning in context.
2. Skills: - Reading : Students can read and understand the passage about water sports,
guess the meaning in context.
II. CONTENTS OF LANGUAGE
1. Grammar / Structures :
- The ball can be advanced by passing with one hand.
- A game is divided into quarters ranging from five to eight minutes in length.
2. Vocabulary:
vertical post , crossbar , advance , interfere with sth, punch, opponent, penalize.......
III. TEACHING METHODS:
- Integrated reading and listening, mainly communicative.

- Lesson plan, pictures, tape, cassette, textbook, chalk, board.
