Introduction: In this day and age, due to the proliferation of technical devices and the internet becoming more accessible than ever before, social
media has exploded. Social media has become the tool of expression in the twenty-first century, making a paradigm shift in the communication of our
beliefs, thoughts, and manners (Saravanakumar & SuganthaLakshmi 2012). Social media has become an indispensable component of marketing
strategies. Marketing efforts are now more reliant on online social networks (OSNs) than ever before in corporate history (Rehman, Baharun & Salleh

2020). With the advent of the Internet, some firms claim that social media marketing strategies should be prioritized. Although many negative
ramifications may derive from this suggestion, it is convinced that social media strategies in terms of marketing are advantageous to both customers
and companies. To prove it, customer attraction, product improvement, and cost efficiency will be analyzed before a reasonable conclusion is drawn.
Body 1: Social media enables companies and corporations to attract more both customers and consumers as well as strengthen the brand identity. This
could boost the sales of products effectively. Backlinko (2021) claimed that in 2021, the global population of persons utilizing social media will be 4.48
billion. Popular platforms, such as Facebook, have more than 65.86 percent of monthly users. Therefore, social media is considered a potential and
profound market and plays a hybrid role in terms of marketing strategy in any company due to the big data and a large number of users. Chang, Yu & Lu
(2015) also stated that companies could access a wide spectrum of potential consumers by using the proliferation of social media toolsL'Oréal, a big
French cosmetic brand in the world provides another example. This brand has been a pioneer in using social media technology in its operations,
allowing potential clients and customers to purchase products through the social media network on Facebook. Moreover, the brand has increased the
average inquiry-to-sale conversion rate to 22% in just 5 months thanks to applying social media marketing (Acommerce, n.d).
Conclusion: In conclusion, it would be unwise to ignore the unshaken importance of social media strategies. It is believed that customer attraction,
product improvement, and cost efficiency make social marketing strategies attractive to companies. It is convinced that marketing strategies should
be prioritized in the development plan of any firm. Therefore, both developing and developed businesses should actively invest in social media
strategies to contribute effectively to the development and the thriving of the company now and down the road. In addition, the company should
launch marketing strategies on social media methodically and in accordance with each product and the company's goals.
