Environmental Regulatory and
Requirements

Environmental Law and Regulations:
+ Environmental Law was approved by National Assembly
of the Social Republic of Vietnam on 29th November, 2005
and applied on 1st July, 2006 (updated and modified base
on the Environmental Law was established in 1993). This
Law included 7 chapters and 55 articles.
+ The Decree of Government No 80/2006/ND-CP on 9th
May, 2006 to concretized of Environmental Law.
+ The Circular of Ministry of Nature Resource and
Environment (MONRE) No 08/2006/TT-BTNMT on 8th
September, 2006 to concretized of the Decree N o
80/2006/ND-CP.
