COMPOUND ADJECTIVE
 A compound adjective is an adjective formed from two (or more) words. They are
usually written with a hyphen.
Here are some examples: duty-free, government-funded, cost-effective, interestfree, time-consuming, up-to-date, etc.
 Many compound adjectives have 'well' or 'badly' as the first word.
E.g. a well-known company; a well-made product; a badly-paid job; a badlywritten report
