Alpha = 0,893 > 0,6 dat yeu cau. Hd so' ttfcfng

(nhd nhd't la bie'n GNl cd ttfdng quan bie'n tdng =

Thang do stf cdng bang cua lanh dao trtfc tiep
cd be sd' Cronbach's Alpha = 0,728 > 0,6 dat yeu
cau. Tuy nhien. he so' ttfdng quan bie'n tdng cua
bie'n quan sat LDTT6 = 0,119 < 0,3 nen bien
LDTT6 se bi loai bo. Thtfc Men kie'm dinh lan thfi
2 cho cac bie'n cdn lai, thang do LDTT cd he so
Cronbach's Alpha = 0,801 > 0,6 dat ydu cau. He
sd ttfdng quan bid'n tdng cua cac bie'n quan sat deu
> 0,3 (nho nhd't la bid'n LDTT5 cd ttfdng quan bien
tdng = 0,384).

ABSTRACT:
This study is to identify factors affecting the work motivation of facuhy members of
economic universities in Ho Chi Minh City. Based on the study's results, the study proposes
some implications to help the leaders of universities in Ho Chi Minh City motivate their
lecturers, evaluate the irapact level of factors affecting the work motivation of their lecturers,
test the differences related to personal characterisitcs, such as gender, qualification, years of
experience and position and managerial imphcations to improve the work motivation of their
lecturers.
