ABSTRACT:
This study has identified and measured the impact of factors affecting the working motivation
of civil servants working for lax authorities of Long An E*rovince. Based on the study's results, the
authors proporse some policy implications lo promote the working motivation of civd servants
working for tax authorities of Long An Province. This smdy includes indentifying and measuring
factors affecting the working motivation of tax officials in Long An Province, testing the research
model and assessing the impact of differences of demographic factors on the working motivation
of lax officials in Long An Province and providing policy imphcaiions for managers to promote
the working motivation of tax officials in Long An Province.
