Sau khi dffdc sff ddng y. cac cudc phdng va'n dffdc
thffc hidn trong khoang thdi gian tff thing 10 nlm

3.3. Thu thap da li$u
Cac cudc phdng van difdc thffc hien dffdi hinh

thong tin chung ve ngffdi dffdc phdng vS'n, bao
gdm ci lich sff nghe nghiep. Phan thff hai tap
trung vao cae yd'u to' dan tdi quye't dinh ngh^
nghiep hien tai. Phan thff ba tap trung clc quyd't
dinh nghe nghiep trong tffdng lai.
Qua qui trinh phong van, nhffng y tffdng vi
phat hien mdi tff clc cudc phong van trffdc se

ABSTRACT:
This study examines the factors affecting the decision of female students to start a business,
hi-depth interviews with 20 alumni and 10 current students were conducted to carry out this
study. This study's findings reveal that the factors affecting the femal students' entrepreneurial
decision exceed common job selection standards in terms of many aspects from making

money, seeking freedom in work, achieving personal developments to ensunng personal
wellbeing. Remarkably, the most important factor that affects female students to start
businesses is the self-belief and the willingness to seize busmess opportunities.
