About the Author
Daniele Tosatto is a highly experienced Senior Systems Engineer based in Venice,
Italy. He is a Microsoft Certified IT Professional, Microsoft Certified Technology
Specialist, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, and Citrix Certified Administrator
and has been working in ICT since 2000 as a System Administrator. In 2008 he
started working for one of the Italian Citrix Platinum Partners. He has delivered
many IT projects based on Microsoft and Citrix technologies for enterprises located
in Italy and Europe. He is focused on Active Directory, server virtualization,
application virtualization, and delivery and IT infrastructure management. He
