Part 1: SOCIAL INTERACTION
The first part is social interaction. In this part, you will answer questions about you and
everyday situations, such as work, hobbies and family
Now, let’s talk about weather.
1. What’s the weather like today?
2. What’s your favorite weather?
3. Do you like the weather in your country?
4. What do you like to do when it’s hot?
5. What’s your favorite season of the year?
6. What do you usually do in the winter?
7. How many seasons does your country have?
8. Does the weather ever affect the way you feel?
9. What do people often do when it’s rainy/ sunny?
10. In what month/season does it rain most in your hometown?
Part 2: SOLUTION DISCUSSION
In this part of the speaking test, you will be given a situation with THREE options. You have
to choose ONE to argue on. You will have to say which option you will follow and explain why.
You will also have to say why you haven't chosen the other two options. You have ONE minute
to prepare for your talk and TWO minutes to talk. Here is the situation.


Situation: A foreign friend asks you which is the best season
to visit Vietnam. There are THREE suggestions:

In this part of the speaking test, you will have to present on a topic that you will see in the

outline below. After your presentation, you will be asked THREE follow-up questions related
to the topic. You have ONE minute to prepare and THREE minutes to complete this part.
