FORUM: STUDENTS OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION FACULTY TO
SCHOLARLY ACTIVITIES 2011-2012
On October 5, 2011, at room no. B205, Tan Phong campus of Ton Duc Thang University,
the forum “Students of Faculty of Business Administration to scholarly activities 2011-
2012” has been organized with the participation of faculties who took in charge of the
faculty’s scholarly activities: Ph.D. Pham Thi Minh Ly & MBA. Vo The Sinh. MBA.
Nguyen Khanh Duy – lecturer of Investment Planning & Development Faculty –
Economics Development Department of Economics University HCMC – was invited. The
forum attracted nearly 150 students of the Business Administration Faculty to participate.
MBA. Vo The Sinh introduced achievements in scholarly activities of lecturers & students
2010 – 2011 of the Faculty of Business Administration of Ton Duc Thang University.
Basic requirements & idea development for a study were also shared by MBA. Nguyen
Khanh Duy. Besides, practical experiences including problem identification, interview in a
survey, data collection & analysis & presentation guidelines were positively discussed.
Student group who won the first prize of “Scholarly activities – University level 2010 –
2011” Ms. Ngo Thien Thao & Ms. Nguyen Cao Hanh Duyen (class 09070101) and the
other group who won the consolation prize of “Scholarly activities – Ministry level 2009 –
2010” Ms. Tran Ngoc Anh, Ms. Nguyen Yen Linh & Ms. Nguyen Thi Hieu Hanh (class
08QT2D) jointed in the forum as well.
Students had chances to share difficulties in finding and developing topics to experienced
faculties & guests.
By the end of the forum, MBA. Vo The Sinh summarized all information discussed & gave
timeline and notes to students who intended to take part of this school year “scholarly
activities 2011-2012”
