-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

My name is Nguyen Thi Ha and I am an Administrative Assistant with 2
years
of experience working alongside the executive of Vingroup. I specialize in
administrative technology and am responsible for educating other employees on
using progressive systems and applications, including accounting software, mass
communication procedures and organizational apps. I graduated from the
National Academy of Public Administration, majoring in Public Management.
While in school, I won awards for my exemplary academic performance and
leadership skills. I am a strong person and use my positive attitude and tireless
energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed. I get inspiration every day
from my parents and friends. My current project and research paper is related to
artificial intelligence software that helps people organize and solve work in the
fastest and most scientific way. This is a project that I am very interested in for
the community in the future.

Part 2. Choose one of these questions which are given in the task and
answer it in a 300-words essay.
The topic that I choose is topic 3:
“Optimistic spirit can help people live better and overcome obstacles in life. How
can you prove this opinion by analyzing the role of hope revealed in the poem
“Hope is the Thing with Feathers” and Rip’s ways of adapting to the new life in
“Rip Van Winkle”? How is the optimistic spirit important to your

positive

thinking?”
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------People face adversity and sometimes collapse. To overcome such

challenges and continue their journey, they must be positive and believe in
courage. Hope is very important in human life.
In her poem, Dickenson emphasizes the hope that "hope is feathered"as a
good attitude towards life. She shows an optimistic view through the bird
metaphor. Just as a wingless bird cannot fly, one cannot survive without the
flickering of hope. Her choice of words shows her optimistic attitude towards
optimism. P
" erch, soul, song without words," she says. Her optimism also
distinguishes her as "sweetest in the gale." Emily's hope in this poem is "a bird
with feathers". Feathers are a source of help and help for birds, and feathers of
hope are a source of human joy and nutrition. Dickenson goes on to say, I" heard
it in the frostiest lands". She goes on to say that no matter how bad or terrible her
situation is, she still feels hope in her life. She doesn't explain her passion to the
point of pushing her limits, but she balances hope with her portrayal and doesn't
go too far. B
" ut in extreme situations, it never asked me for crumbs,"she says. In
the end, she concluded that hope did not demand anything in return, even just a
small token given to the owner.
Irving's personality, Rip Van Winkle, escapes into the woods from his
whimsical wife and falls asleep for 20 years after swallowing an elixir. When

Lip Van Winkle awoke, he was shocked to see many changes that his
contemporaries considered normal. He knew little about the end of the American
Revolutionary War, so instead of praising the new US President George
Washington, he praised the men of the bar by toasting King George of England
and Ireland. I was bothered. Rip Van Winkle needs to update all his knowledge
with an enthusiastic and cheerful attitude to get used to his new being. The
message from "Rip Van Winkle" is that his life will continue with or without
people, and that change is inevitable.

I had to accept the failure of my life. I made a mistake and was depressed,
but I realized that if I continued to drown in this sadness, I would never get up
again. So, I have always encouraged myself. It helps me rediscover selfconfidence and optimism and hope for a better future. It keeps fighting to
achieve my goals and motivates me to overcome failures.
