Answer:

My full name is Dinh Thi Phuong. I graduated from Hue University of Medicine
and Pharmacy in 2020. I have been working at Nghe An Oncology Hospital as an
oncologist since 2021.
My work includes: diagnosing cancer, discussing treatment options with patients,
selecting, monitoring and supervising drug and other therapies, including assisting
with complications, assisting patients and supervising their care, including posttreatment care, and providing psychological support to patients.
Right now, I'm focusing on my work, where we strive to make a positive impact on
patients' lives. With my expertise, empathy and dedication, I play an important role
in providing high quality healthcare services in the hospital.

Listening to music is a hobby of mine since I feel pressured and tired. I still listen
to music almost every day especially in my free time because it helps relieve stress
and discover new things. My current goal is to study for a level 1 specialist degree
in oncology to update more new knowledge about medicine for cancer patients.
This is also the purpose for my future efforts to bring the best benefits to cancer
patients.

2. Love is full of sacrifice and helps people live meaningful life even in
difficulties. Do you agree with that opinion? Why or why not? Can you also prove
by your understanding of the story “The Gift of the Magi” by O. Henry and “The
Scarlet Letter” by Nathaniel Hawthorne?
Answer:
When someone truly loves another person, they are willing to give
anything and do anything, even sacrificing themselves to make sure that the person
they love is safe. I agree that love is self-sacrificing and empowers people to live a
positive, meaningful life amid this difficult and snarky society.
Love is neither a thought nor a feeling; it is an undeniable desire to cultivate and
cover the hearts of those you love so that they can feel all the warmth and shine in
their hearts. Love is greater than any thought, idea or meaning, that's why people
are always thinking and looking for a positive meaning in love. Love is the only
key that can open all human doors and moreover, it has the power to reveal the
deepest mysteries such as the weaknesses of the other side, and sometimes
accidentally that is what they love the most, love even softens the hardest and
coldest hearts. Love brings humanity to the center of heaven, where there is all the
emotional as well as spiritual sublimation. It manifests itself through the art of
giving and sharing emotions in a relationship.
In O.Henry's The Gift of the Magi, Della and Jim truly love each other. Jim and
Dell wanted to do something special for each other during the holiday season.
They both sell their most precious thing to get enough money from Jim's salary to
buy a gift. Their desire to please their partner overwhelms their desire to satisfy
themselves. Despite the bleak surroundings, lack of goods and financial

difficulties, each side prioritized the interests of the other and fulfilled the wishes
and brought happiness of the other.
Like Dell and Jim, Hester's love for Dimmesdale and vice versa, is also evident in
The Scarlet Letter of . Despite the fact that they were both in love, I myself read

the story in favor of Hester's stronger love. It was the kind of love that forced her
to give up her own pleasure in order to keep the other person happy. One example
is Hester's refusal to admit that Dimmesdale was the father of her child to the
shame and contempt of the masses. She never revealed her child's name, even after
the judge threatened to take it away from her.
