high school .Today I want to introduce
you to topic : Healthy diet .From my
perspective, a healthy diet needs to
provide people with a sufficient amount
of proteins, carbohydrates, fats, fibers
and vitamins. Here are some tips to help
you have a heatly diet .we must have a
balanced diet . Firstly, Eating a lots of
vegetables and fruit . vegetables
and fruit are packed with nutrients
(antioxidants, vitamins, minerals
and fibre) and help you maintain a
healthy weight by keeping you full
longer.. It's recommended that you eat
at least 5 portions of a variety of fruit
and veg every day . seconly eating
whole grain food such as whole
grain bread and crackers, brown or
wild ric. Whole grain foods have fibre,
protein and B vitamins to help you stay
healthy and full longer. . Besides we
can eat a lot of protein food include
nuts, fish, meat , eggs,...


Protein helps build and maintain


bones, muscles and skin. Limiting
processed foods which cause nany
dangerous illness ,dâmge to the
body’s healthy . During processing,
often important nutrients such as
vitamins, minerals and fiber are
removed while salt and sugar are
added. Examples: fast foods, chips,
cookies, candy,.... morover Water is
extremely important
We need to drink 1.5 to 2 liters of water
every day,
