Testcase for counter using reacjs and redux

1. Enter as text

2. Enter 10 -> when the number is decreasing press stop -> then press the Start button

3. Enter the number 10 -> when the number is decreasing, press the button “+” -> Press the
button “-”

1. Click add new 3 singlecounter -> Input each single counter -> click button "Start" and "Stop"
any counter -> click button "Start"
2. Click add new 3 singlecounter -> Enter each single counter -> click
button "Start" and click button "+/-" any counter
3. Delete any counter
4. Delete any counter until there is one left, the delete button is hidden
