Hi everyone. Welcome to our presentation today.

I think most of you know us, but I’ll introduce ourselves anyway. I’m Như Ý
and I’m Thư.

Today, we will be discussing a topic that is of great importance in our personal
and professional lives when we present a project at work or school. Can you
guess?
It is CONFIDENT. How we can be more confident?

BODY



First of all, let's find out what confidence is. To put it simply, confidence is believing
in yourself, having faith in your own value, knowing that you can do it or you cannot
do it. Confidence is the fact that you always believe in your own abilities and you dare
to show it to everyone.
So how to increase your self-confidence? My group will suggest 2 ways to increase
your self-confidence.
● The first is the most basic thing, to build confidence, you first need to
believe in yourself.

When you trust yourself and recognize, and accept your values and
abilities, you will always be willing to face risks and new challenges. You are
not afraid of failure because you see it as an opportunity to learn and develop
yourself. This will bring confidence and excitement to you because you know
that after these challenges you will be a better version of who you are now.

When you keep positive energy and eliminate negative thoughts, you tend
to appear more confident and attract attention from others. A positive mood


will help you feel more optimistic, confident, and able to face challenges
enthusiastically. When you are not pressured and influenced by negative
thoughts, you will be more confident when making decisions, believe in your
abilities, and not be overshadowed by hesitation and doubt. You will be able to
focus on communicating your views and ideas more clearly and effectively.
Example: Positive energy: Do meditation, trying to say something like: “I can
do it”, “I am powerful and I love myself”, “I am radiant”, “I am confident in

myself and my worth”
That was all about my part, and my teammate, Ms. Thư is going to share with
you the final main idea of us.
● The second is to TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF. It includes your
appearance and knowledge.

Appearance: Taking care of our appearance is an essential part of self-care
that can help us feel more confident.

+ Firstly, following a healthy diet is also important. Eating a balanced and
nutritious diet can help to improve the health of our skin, hair, and overall
health.
+ Secondly, regular exercise can help us maintain a healthy weight, improve our
skin and hair, and reduce stress. This can include activities such as walking,
jogging, swimming, or cycling.
+ Besides, dressing well is another way to take care of our appearance. Dressing
and makeup in a way that makes you feel good about yourself can boost your
confidence. A bright appearance can make a good impression on others. This
will lead to more respect and appreciation from all around.
+ In conclusion, taking care of our appearance is an important aspect of self-care.
By following these practical tips, we can maintain a healthy and attractive
appearance.

Knowledge: Lastly, the most important way to be confident is knowledge. We


must constantly enrich our knowledge
+ When you have knowledge about a topic, you will be more confident when

discussing or sharing opinions about that issue. Knowledge helps you feel
confident and able to communicate more effectively.
+ It also helps you gain more methods and skills to solve different problems
or know the steps needed to achieve the desired result. From there, you will be
more confident in solving challenges and easily achieve the goals you have set.
+ Here's how you can enhance your confidence through knowledge:
Continuous Learning: Embrace a growth mindset and always seek
opportunities to learn and expand your knowledge. The more you know, the
more confident you'll be in your abilities.
Preparation: Properly prepare for any task or situation. Having a thorough
understanding of a subject or being well-prepared for a presentation or meeting
can significantly boost your confidence.
Example: You can see me when I stand here and present in front of all. I have
to prepare carefully, practice my presentation multiple times in front of the
mirror, and visualize myself delivering it with poise and clarity.

CONCLUSION

In short, confidence is important and necessary for each person, so increasing your
self-confidence will help your life become more convenient and better.
Let's review four ways to increase confidence: trust yourself and take care of yourself.
Remember, confidence is a journey that requires practice, self-belief, and a positive
mindset.
Our team's presentation is over.
