PART I: INTRODUCTION

1.1 BACKGROUND:
Topic Area:

Wefinex also known as WinsBO – a Binary Options trading platform, or Trade BO for
short. More specifically, Wefinex is a form of predicting the value of an asset to increase or
decrease in a given time. That could be the price of gold, the stock, even the price of gasoline
today, tomorrow … If you guess correctly, you will get money, the wrong guess, the whole bet
will be lost. Despite being in the financial sector, Wefinex players can be seen from all walks of
life, from the elderly to the students and students who know nothing about financial transactions.
Some people who advertise for Wefinex say that investing in WinsBO can "make million
dollars", "X2 accounts in 60 seconds", "buy supercars, houses upstairs", and many other
"winged" words.

Regulators all around the world are banning Binary trading. The Fraudulent Binary
Option goes under the loop of the police. Even the FBI has also appealed that binary options
trading is very dangerous and classified as a new form of fraud.
Starting from the first quarter of 2020, Wefinex’s userbase has grown exponentially with
monthly visitors grow to over 1 million from over 25 countries. According to Alexa, Wefinex
has reached the top 3000 websites in global internet traffic and engagement with visitors come
from all over the world, especially Brazil, Russia, Ukraine, and Vietnam. Based on figures on the
SimilarWeb statistics page, more than 90% of visits to Wefinex come from Vietnam. But the
most suspicious thing is that the company is not based in our country. Instead, Winsbank’s
headquarters are located in Belize – the Central American nation of the law is lax. That is why
