Topic 36: Nowadays, it is true that many young people have a tendency/
tend to resign/ quit/ leave/ stop working at the company, or the
corporation and they want to establish/ set up their own enterprise (DN),
especially young people/ the young with high competence/ ability/
capacity and ambition/ aspiration in modern life.
What are some causes and some solutions for this issue?
What are causes of this problem?
Causes:

- The problem of low salary or income could be a main reason/
cause leading to setting up their own company. This means that
+ workers have to suffer the pressure on their finance in daily life.
They must pay for a wide range of costs such as accommodation,
tuition fees, food, drink, etc. Thus, it could be a heavy financial
burden on their family if they have no enough the budget to solve.

- Poor environment and conditions could make them decide to
leave at the current company and begin establishing a new
company.
+ they will feel uncomfortable and inconvenient to work in polluted
environment or toxic substances which affect their health.
+ working in dangerous/ hazardous environment could trigger some
serious diseases such as lung cancer, stroke, heart disease,
depression, etc.

- They have no any beneficial opportunities to promote their
position in the future.

+ in fact, every employee desires to have a higher promotion in their
career when working at the company but it does not offer them.


Therefore, this problem could make them demotivated to contribute
their intelligence and competence for the company, so deciding to
give up working at the current company to set up a new company for
them is a good idea.
- It does not create them a good environment to develop their talents or
ability in the future.
+ they could be limited to improve/ enhance their skills and
knowledge in the process of working every day.
+ it is really difficult/ arduous for them to enrich their experience and
creativity with their field.
Thus, it can be an obstacle/ barrier/ drawback for their brain
development/ growth.

Solutions:

- Government should adjust and change a better salary policy for
employees when working at the company or enterprises. This
stimulation could help them improve the quality of their life and they
try to work hard and effectively at the company.

- The owners of companies or enterprises need to change a better
working environment to meet their demand when working at the
company. Moreover, the company should offer meaning workshops
to discuss and develop their ability, talents and even creativity.

21. Job hopping


Topic 37: Job hopping is popular among young people. Some prefer to do

the same job for the same company, whereas others prefer to change jobs

frequently because of health issues, salary and job promotion.

What are the advantages and disadvantages of changing jobs?

Pros:

- it is an good opportunity to approach a better working
environment
+ changing jobs frequently could help them enhance their skills,
obtain new knowledge and experience when working at a new place.
+ it is easy for them to develop their talents and ability with a new
working environment
+ they are able to get comfortable and joyful to work effectively and
fast.

- they could widen their social networking and relationships with
everyone. In fact,
+ it could help them build a good relationships with their new
colleagues and friends around them.
+ They could meet and make new friends at a new workplace, so it is
a good way to assist them to develop their career in the future.

Cons:

- it could trigger some serious risks for them to decide to change a new
job.

+ they could not adapt with a new environment and conditions
+ it is difficult for them to socialize with new colleagues and everyone
in a new place

- they could cope with a heavy financial burden on their family
+ it is because they have no unstable income to ensure their daily life.
+ they have to pay a wide range living costs such as
accommodation, tuition fees, food, drink, etc. Thus, the act of job
hopping could make them tired to solve the financial problem.

22. Working at home
Topic 38: Nowadays, there are some ways to work which it could be
depended on the need or the expectation. Some say that it would be better
if the majority of employees worked from home instead of traveling to a
workplace every day.
What are the advantages of working from home and the
disadvantages?

Pros:
- it is an effective way to save time and costs when staying at home to
work
- it is really flexible and convenient for employees to work at home

Cons:
- it could make them neglect/ ignore in the process of work
- it could trigger the feeling of isolation and loneliness when choosing
to work at home
- they have no any support or help from their colleagues/ partners in
the company.


23. Getting a job in big cities or hometown
Topic 39: Nowadays, many people decide to leave their hometown to big
cities to look for a job for themselves instead of staying in their own country
to work by its convenience.
Write an essay to show some causes and solutions of this problem.
