The Coffee Shop Manager at Highlands coffee is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our café, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient workflow, and the highest quality coffee and food offerings. greeting and assisting customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

- <b>Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and supervise café staff, including baristas, servers,</b>
