Tận sâu đáy lòng, em xin trân thành gửi lời cảm ơn đến toàn thể giảng viên, ban giám hiệu trường Đại học Mở thành phố Hồ Chí Minh đã trau dồi, xây dựng cho em những kiến thức nền tảng quan trọng. Đặc biệt, em vô cùng trân trọng thầy Nguyễn Thế Khải – giảng viên hướng dẫn đã tận tâm chỉ bảo, hỗ trợ em trong suốt quá trình thực hiện báo cáo. Những bài học và kiến thức thầy cô đã trao cho em không chỉ là nền tảng để em thực hiện bài báo cáo được tốt hơn mà còn là hành trang trong suốt sự nghiệp của em sau này.

Em xin cảm ơn các anh chị phịng Hành chính Nhân sự tại cơng ty đã tận tâm chỉ việc, đào tạo và không ngần ngại trao cho em cơ hội thử sức với đa dạng công việc thực tế trong môi trường doanh nghiệp. Những kinh nghiệm, công việc mà em được thực tập tại công ty đã giúp cho nền tảng kiến thức của em thêm vững chắc và có thể tiến xa hơn trong sự nghiệp của mình.

Lý do thứ nhất, Tuyển dụng Nhân sự ngày càng có vai trị trọng yếu đối với một doanh nghiệp bởi sự cạnh tranh trên thị trường đang trở nên ngày càng gay gắt. Có thể nói tầm nhìn, chiến lược, sứ mệnh,… là những yếu tố hàng đầu để một doanh nghiệp có thể tồn tại và phát triển nhưng nếu thiếu đi các nguồn lực như vật chất, nguồn lực vơ hình và đặc biệt là nguồn nhân lực thì tất cả những yếu tố đó chỉ là khái niệm và khơng thể trở thành hiện thực. Trong số những nguồn lực ấy, nguồn nhân lực đóng một vai trị quyết định vì nhờ có sự tài năng và sáng tạo, họ có thể tận dụng và vận hành những nguồn lực khác để đem lại giá trị và giúp cho doanh nghiệp có thể phát triển bền vững.
Lý do thứ hai, tuy chỉ là đất nước đang phát triển nhưng với những yêu sách và sự điều hành nền kinh tế ngày càng hoàn thiện và tiến bộ của nhà nước ta, nền kinh tế sẽ có tiềm năng phát triển rất mạnh trong dài hạn. Đồng pha với sự phát triển của nền kinh tế đó sẽ là sự bùng nổ của thị trường tài chính, đặc biệt là thị trường Chứng khốn. Ngồi ra, khi nền kinh tế phát triển, thu nhập khả dụng của người dân ngày càng tăng dẫn đến nhu cầu cao hơn về tiết kiệm hay đầu tư tài chính sẽ càng chứng minh cho tiềm năng phát triển của ngành Chứng khoán Việt Nam. Tuy nhiên hiện nay, nhận thức của người dân Việt Nam về Chứng khốn cịn hạn chế nên nhiều người vẫn cho rằng Chứng khốn là một hình thức cờ bạc và thị trường đang gặp khó khăn nên cơng tác tuyển dụng nhân sự trong lĩnh vực Chứng khoán đang gặp rất nhiều khó khăn.
Nhận thức được tầm quan trọng của công tác tuyển dụng và tiềm năng của ngành Chứng khốn, tơi đã quyết định thực tập cơng tác tuyển dụng tại Cơng ty Cổ phần Chứng khốn Quốc tế Việt Nam (VIS) và thực hiện bài báo cáo này.
Trong quá trình thực tập, bên cạnh những kinh nghiệm q báu mà tơi tích lũy được qua những cọ xát với công việc thực tế, tôi nhận thấy q trình tuyển dụng tại tổ chức vẫn cịn những tồn tại khiến công tác Tuyển dụng chưa tối đa được hiệu quả. Cụ thể, mức độ nhận diện của cơng ty trong thị trường cịn khá thấp dẫn đến nhiều khó khăn trong việc thu hút ứng viên và lượng ứng viên tiếp cận được thông báo tuyển dụng của cơng ty cịn hạn chế. Ngun nhân dẫn đến những tồn tại này không chỉ đến từ biến động của thị trường Chứng khốn mà cịn là vì cơng ty thiếu đi mảng truyền thơng, chỉ sử dụng dịch vụ tuyển dụng miễn phí, thiếu sót trong công tác tạo nguồn ứng viên và hạn chế trong khả năng thiết kế thông báo tuyển dụng. Bằng những vốn kiến thức nền tảng của mình trong quá trình học tập và kinh nghiệm trong đời sống, tôi sẽ đưa ra những giải pháp giúp nâng cao hiệu quả Tuyển dụng của công ty.

trình thực tập thực tế từ cơng ty, số liệu của VIS cung cấp và các công ty khác cùng ngành thông qua tin tức, báo cáo thường niên, báo cáo tài chính. Từ các nguồn thơng tin trên, tơi đọc và sàng lọc lại những thông tin quan trọng và cần thiết cho bài báo cáo.

Chương này giới thiệu tổng quan về Cơng ty Chứng khốn Quốc tế Việt Nam gồm sơ lược về thơng tin cơng ty, phân tích tình hình nhân sự trong tổ chức và tập trung giới thiệu về quy trình tuyển dụng đang được áp dụng tại cơng ty mà trong q trình thực tập tơi đã đuợc quan sát và trực tiếp thực hiện tại công ty.
Chương 2: Những tồn tại và nguyên nhân tác động đến hiệu quả quy trình tuyển dụng

Đến năm 2012, Trong quá trình hoạt ty đã 02 lần thay đổi vốn điều lệ và 03 lần thay đổi người đại diện.
Từ năm 2014 đến hiện tại, công ty hoạt động theo Giấy phép hoạt động kinh doanh số 118/GP-UBCK do Uỷ ban Chứng khoán Nhà nước cấp ngày 15 tháng 09 năm 2014. Công ty được hợp nhất từ 02 Cơng ty Chứng khốn là Cơng ty Cổ phần Chứng khoán Quốc tế Việt Nam (VIS) và Công ty Cổ phần Chứng khoán Đại Tây Dương (OSC). Cơng ty có chi nhánh tại thành phố Hồ Chí Minh theo Quyết định số 686/QĐ-UBCK ngày 15 tháng 09 năm 2014 do Ủy ban Chứng khoán Nhà nước cấp trên cơ sở Chi nhánh của CTCP Chứng khốn Quốc tế Việt Nam cũ. Ngày 16/12/2021. Cơng ty đã nhận được Giấy phép thành lập và hoạt động số 115/GPĐX-UBCK sau khi kết thúc đợt chào bán cho cổ đông hiện hữu để tăng vốn điều lệ.

- Dịch vụ khách hàng: Nghiệp vụ chính gồm
• Thực hiện quy trình đóng/mở tài khoản và hướng dẫn khách hàng sử dụng dịch vụ.
• Tiếp nhận và xử lý khiếu nại, thắc mắc của khách hàng
