- By the end of the lesson, the students are able to express preferences .

Games: Spontaneous talks
-Put the class into groups of four.
- give each group a list of leisure
activities. Each activity is written on a
piece of paper and then folded so that it
cannot be seen.

Handouts
- Within groups, SS take turns to choose a
topic and then talk about it spontaneously
for one minute.
- Remind SS that they do not need to care
about accuracy.
-After SS have finished their spontaneous
talk within groups , elicit which topic they
chose, and whether they like doing it in
their free time and why.
