- T explains the task in this part.
- T asks Ss to listen to the tape once .
- T presents some structures :
+ to give an invitation:

+ to accept: Yes, I’d love to.

+ to refuse: I’d love to but I’m sorry I can’t.

- Ask Ss to practice in pairs to make and reply to an ivitation.
- Give some words or phrases for Ss to practice.
*Practice :
- T asks Ss to listen to the tape again and repeat after the tape .
- T asks Ss to work in groups of three to practice the dialogue .
- T calls some groups to perform in front of the class .
- Others listen and check their friends’pronunciation .
*Production :
- T asks Ss to keep in groups of 3 to make a similar dialogue .
- T asks some groups to perform in front of the class .
- Others can make any correction or addition .
- T corrects if necessary .

- T revises Ss the ways of giving an invitation and the ways of
accepting or refusing in English
- Give some remarks on Ss’ practice.
