A. Warm- up: Jumbled words:

B. Presentation:
* Pre- writing:
- Talk to Ss about taking a telephone message.
- Have you ever taken a telephone message?
(Yes/ No)
- What should be mentioned in the message when you take a message?
(Date, time, who sent, to whom, content?)
- Teach some new words:
a customer: khách hàng delivery: phân phát, vận chuyển
Stationery: hàng tạp hóa to pick Sb up: đón ai
* Checking:What and where.


* While- writing:
- Ask Ss to read the message and fill in the gaps in the passage on P. 23.
- Let Ss work in pairs.
- Ask Ss to read the passage 2 to get information and write the message.
- Let Ss work individually, and then compare with their partners.
