II. Tenses: Các thì
1.Simple past Quá khứ đơn S + V

VI. Too, So, Either, Neither:
1. Too, So : Dùng cho thể khẳng định
I am a student => She is, too ( So is she ) Cô ta cũng vậy
I like coffee => She does, too ( So does she ) Cô ta cũng vậy
I liked coffee => She did, too ( So did she ) Cô ta cũng vậy
2. Neither / Either : Dùng cho thể phủ định.
I am not a student => She isn’t, either ( Neither is she ) Cô ta cũng không
I don’t like coffee => She does, either ( Neither does she ) Cô ta cũng không
I didn’t like coffee yesterday => She didn’t, either ( Neither did she ) Cô ta cũng không
VII. Adjective ( Tính từ ) and Adverbs ( Trạng từ ) :
Adjective + ly = Adverb
Bad + ly => Badly He is a bad student. He studies badly
Beautiful + ly => Beautifully She is a beautiful girl She sings very beautifully

Happy + ly => Happily Mary is a happy person She lives happily
Exception : Ngoại lệ
Good – well He is a good student => He studies well .
Fast – fast He is a fast driver => He drives very fast.
Hard – hard She is a hard worker => She works hard
