Nearly 90% of drinkers could consumed alcohol at aged 15 years old.
More than 80% of drinkers have never got the vehicle accident after drank
alcohol. However, about 15% of them had accident.
About 40% of drinkers caught by policeman after got drunk, while nearly 27% of
drinkers did not.

More than 80% of drinkers have ever not got the vehicle accident
after drunk alcohol. However, about 15% of them is the opposite.
